Registration Form Information: FULL registration (includes Wednesday night reception, and breakfast, lunch and dinner for 3 days) is $90.00 per adult, $45.00 per child (ages 10 and under). SINGLE DAY registration fees (includes breakfast, lunch and dinner for one day only) are $30 per adult, $15.00 per child (ages 10 and under). Note: Sack lunches will be available for purchase on Wednesday and Sunday for persons in field events.
If you choose not to pre-register, you are free to attend the meeting, but no meals will be provided. There are other food options available in the area. IMPORTANT information regarding CERF: You will need to have your dog’s AKC registration number, AKC registered name, and Microchip/Tattoo #. IMPORTANT information regarding CGC and Therapy Dog testing: A dog MUST be one year of age to take the therapy dog test; under one year of age can do the Canine Good Citizen test. All dogs tested must be on buckle collars – no choke collars or slip collars of any type, no head harnesses permitted. Owners must present proof of current rabies vaccination to the test administrator at the time of the test. A tag is not proof – you must have your original certificate from your veterinarian. If you do not have proof, your dog cannot be tested. If your dog is AKC registered, you should have the dog’s AKC registration number & registered name with you to assist the tester in filling out the AKC paperwork. CGC and TDI Registrations will be taken on site only. No pre-registration offered.
