This *Newsletter* is so great!! Seeing everyone and their spinone!! I only had enough time during a lunch break to look at the pics in detail, so the article reading will be slated for later... (you'd think it was a Playboy mag - OH WAIT!! I got that backwards - the articles get read first)

THRILLED to see Mia's sister, Sassy, in there - twice that I saw! I'm not sure they look alike... for one, I think I don't feed Mia enough!! HELP anyone??? LOL You have seen pics of Mia - is she too thin??? Maybe she has a shorter body than Sassy... Whelp - guess I won't know how they both compare until they are side by side in November...

(pics are Mia early part of August.. so almost 6 mo. She is now coming up on 8 mos on Sunday)

Since the list has been a total snore today, I thought I'd make a little contribution.

For the past month or so, Xoe spends most of her time outside waiting by the corner of the fence (mvc-007f). To be sure, she's worn the grass away by the fence -- and made three shallow peep holes under the fence. If you go to the other side of the fence, in the front yard, you can see a lot of this (mvc-004f). Now back to the back yard and Xoe. This is what she's waiting for (mvc-008f). This is one of the kittens from next door. I call him Bubba. He teases Xoe by pacing along the fence, and when Xoe sticks her nose under the fence he bats at it. Xoe is absolutely mesmerized. I tried to get a shot of him batting Xoe's nose but, alas, neither I nor the camera was fast enough. It is, however, a hoot to watch!

Does anyone have the probelm of having to haul out their spin for a walk? Once out there Zeke loves it but getting him out is another matter! He seems to spend most of his life laying down! Most of the pictures I get are of him in that position!

I realize that NOTHING is cuter than those puppy pictures... but someone at the office took this pic of Mia a month ago. We were in the parking lot getting ready to go to her first horse show! She was a hit at the show. Well, with the exception of my horse trainer (cowboy type) who said "that is about the ugliest dog I have ever seen"... there is just no accounting for some people's taste!

Most recognized that she had to be a breed, just didn't know what breed, and quite a few others guessed an airdale/GSP cross...
